Covid-19 Response

Sundberg Nicks is still working hard to get your taxes prepared and finalized by the April 15th filing deadline. An automatic extension to pay your taxes has been granted by the IRS until July 14. We expect other taxing entities to follow this extension guideline.

Per our paperless office principle and now, to minimize personal contact due to social distancing as a result of Covid-19, we will upload a copy of your tax return to ShareFile for your review. Once you’ve approved it to file, we will e-mail you (and if married, filing jointly) your spouse, your Form 8879 to e-sign, and an invoice so you can pay us online with an EFT from your bank. Once you’ve signed and paid, we’ll e-file for you. If we do not have your or your spouse’s current e-mail addresses, please text them to (503) 329-1824, which is our normal office number and we will receive them.

If you gave us physical, original documents, we will mail those back as soon as we are able.
